My Fees

I am registered with the Council on Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) and currently credentialed with various managed care plans. If you choose to use your insurance you will need to call them and find out whether they will cover a Licensed Professional Counselor, ask if you need a pre-authorization, how many sessions are covered per benefit period, what is your deductible and how much has been met. What ever your insurance company does not cover, you will be responsible for such as co-payments, denied claims or any non-payment of my fees. I do not bill for Out of Network Plans.

My fees are as follows:

The initial session is $125.00 per 75 minutes. This fee is paid at the first session in full since insurance coverage and reimbursement has not been established and you will be given a bill statement should you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier.

Individual, Family and Marriage therapy is $100.00 per 50 minutes.

I accept only cash and checks. I will only bill insurance for plans that I am In Network with, I am more than happy to contact your carrier once the initial session is complete and the appropriate releases are signed. For Out of Network plans you must pay my full fee upfront and I will provide you with a billing statement with the appropriate dates of service, CPT codes and billed amounts.

If you have an HSA, I can provide you with the appropriate documentation for reimbursement.

Payment is expected when services are rendered.

24 hour cancellation notice is required or you will be billed for the full amount of the session.
